Dr. Sammy Hardin graduated in 1986 from Post High School in Post, Texas. Two months later, he married his high school sweetheart, Pam. After working in a variety of industries, which included 15 years as a paramedic working on an ambulance, as well as in an emergency room, Dr. Sammy decided that his life's mission was to help people improve their lives by learning chiropractic care.
He graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2001. While in college, Dr. Sammy served as President of his class for the last year and a half. He also has served a term on the Alumni Board at Parker College of Chiropractic. In 2002, Dr. Sammy took over an existing practice, which is now known as H2 Wellness Solutions.
Dr. Sammy utilizes at least 10 different adjusting techniques, which include: Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, SOT, Activator, extremity adjusting, and Regenerative Wellness. He enjoys taking care of patients and treating people of all ages (from newborns just a few days old to people well into their 90s).

Dr. Ann Nolen is a doctor of osteopathic medicine in Dallas, TX who is board certified in family practice and in anti-aging medicine for men and women. Currently, Dr. Nolen works at H2 Wellness Solutions. After receiving her doctorate degree, she underwent additional training to specialize in anti-aging medicine, furthering her knowledge

Nicole Grasso Rehman, MSN, APRN, ANP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with over thirteen years of experience.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Binghamton University in 2005 and, while working as a Registered Nurse in a busy Emergency Department/Level 1 Trauma C

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Binghamton University in 2005 and, while working as a Registered Nurse in a busy Emergency Department/Level 1 Trauma Center in Long Island, NY, completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Stony Brook University in 2011.
Since that time, she has worked in primary care, emergency medicine, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, hormone replacement, and weight management.
Through Empire Medical Training, Nicole has completed her certification in Botox, PRP for Aesthetics, Medical Hair Loss Therapies, Peptide Therapies, and Sexual Dysfunction for Men and Women. She has also obtained her certification in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Nicole has a deep passion for health, wellness, nutrition, and fitness in her own life and is passionate about helping her patients optimize their health to live their best lives. She finds nothing more rewarding than facilitating and encouraging a patient’s journey to holistic well-being.
She loves spending her free time with her husband and 3 children outdoors, traveling the world, or staying local and cheering for her children on their sports fields.

Now as a Nurse Practitioner, she is passionate about taking a more comprehensive approach to health
